REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

Reimbursement or Refunds will not be issued for absence at a planned class.
Refunds apply when the leaving of a student is received in writing 1 week Before the start of any term.
Young Star Soccer will do if find it necessary to expel a child, a repayment will be issued after subtraction for classes already attended.
A $15.00 organization fee will be applied to any refund issued
MAKE-UP CLASSES & CANCELLATIONS:

Young Star Soccer can cancel any program due to not enough enrollment. Upon postponement, a full reimbursement will be made

TRANSFER POLICY:

Transfers will be accommodated within the same term as long as there is room in the class.

ENTRANCE & DISMISSAL POLICY:

Parents/guardian must notice children in & out of programs that are open to the public. No child can be left unattended before class!
If your child is to be picked up by someone other than yourself, please provide the information to the trainer. Children will not be allowed to go with any unknown person to the Young Star Soccer Coach.
SNAPSHOT POLICY:

I do hereby permit and agree that Young Star Soccer has the right to take photographs/snaps and video of my child and to use these on the company website www.youngstarsoccer.com, facebook pages, instagram pages, and promotional materials without reimbursement. I understand that my child’s name and identity will not be revealed. If you would prefer we do not take photographs or videos of your child, please notify us via email, youngstarsoccer@yahoo.com

WEATHER EMERGENCY

Please check your email messages. We will be sending cancellation confirmation on the day of the class. No refunds are given for such events. Failure to provide your contact information, youngstarsoccer, will not be able to forward any announcement, and cancellation.

CHANGE OF LOCATION

Youngstarsoccer reserves the right to change the location, in case of unforeseen circumstances.

WAIVER OF LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY AND STIPULATION:

I, With full conscious as the parent or legal protector of the named young star above, recognize that I am wholly aware of the intrinsic risks related with soccer, and hereby waive, release and emancipation Young Star Soccer LLC and as well as their officers, agent, directors (collectively, the released parties) from any and all accountability and responsibility in the event that I or the player become injured in any way during our contribution in soccer events or activities coupled with the Released Parties. I further state that I take full responsibility for any injury that may happen as a result of my or player’s participation, and that I will not grasp on the rampage parties responsible for any annoyance or preexisting injuries before or during my or player’s contribution in any soccer events or activities associated with the Released Parties. If the participants have unrelieved medical conditions, severe allergies or cerebral health disorder there might be particular requirements that are applicable for the athlete to attend to Young Star Soccer programs. According to Participation policy in Young Star Soccer as participation in all sports specially in soccer can be naturally hazardous and it is impossible to guarantee the safety of all participating players. Soccer needs physical fitness, harmonization, and quickness. Although many risks can be prevented, I comprehend that not all risks can be prevented yet though I release Young Star Soccer from responsibility for any injury that my child might face during the course of normal play. In additional I understand that in the event of a medical emergency, Young Star Soccer will call emergency response team to render first aid and that I will be financially responsible for any expenses involved. While playing soccer, accidents do occur. Some of these accidents may be slight like accidental hit with other players, collisions with the ground, and being struck by the ball. Other accidents may be more harmful like collisions with the goalposts. Other injuries may also include:

1. Minor injuries like scrapes, bruises, strains, blisters, and sprains;

2. More serious injuries liken broken bones, concussions, muscle tears, and ligament tears;

3. Disastrous injuries like heat stroke, heart attack, and death to decrease the risk of injury, participants are expected to abide by the following rules:

I. All participants are expected to be physically fit before Young Star Soccer begins its term

II. All players must stick to the rules of soccer, thus creating a safe playing atmosphere.

The above-mentioned participant agrees to follow the earlier safety rules, all described safety rules, and all rules general to the sport of soccer. Further, the above-mentioned member agrees to report any unsafe practices, conditions, or equipment to the Young Star Soccer instructor. I affirm that the above-mentioned participant;

1) Possesses a sufficient degree of physical fitness to safely participate in soccer,

2) Understands that he/she is to cease activity at any time he/she feels unnecessary discomfort or stress,

3) He/she has indicated in the ”Individual Needs” section any health-related conditions that might affect his/her capability to play soccer and he/she will orally inform the Young Star Soccer instructor without delay.

I have read the former information and it has been explained to me. I know, understand, and realize the risks associated with participation in soccer and I am willingly participating the above-mentioned participant in the activity. In doing so, the above-mentioned participant is assuming all of the inherent risks of the sport. I further understand that in the event of a medical emergency, Young Star Soccer will call EMS to provide help and that I will be financially responsible for any expenses involved.

WITHDRAWAL OF LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY:

In deliberation of being allowed to play soccer, on behalf of myself, my family, my relatives, and my assigns, I hereby release Young Star Soccer, its directors staff from liability for injury, loss, or death to the aforementioned participant while using any ability or equipment or in any way connected with participating in the activity of soccer now or in the future time, resulting from the ordinary carelessness of Young Star Soccer, its directors and staff.
